The Baker-Weir Farm in Windham was the summer home of the Baker family, including sisters Anna and Ella, the two wives of J. Alden Weir, and Weir's daughters.

Description of Significance/Historical Narrative
Eighteenth century house with Italianate updates in the Windham Center Historic District, owned by the Baker family. Ella Baker, married to Impressionist artist J. Alden Weir, inherited the house and farm, and Weir spent time here with his children, one of whom, Dorothy also became an artist.
