Description of Significance/Historical Narrative
An outstanding example of Colonial and Cape Cod Cottage revival-style architecture, the house was designed by local architect Alberta Pfeiffer to resemble the first period farmhouses of the area and built in 1938, partially by Nason himself, on the foundation of an earlier house from the eighteenth century. Listed on the State Register as part of the Creative Places project.
