Segre's Ironworks was a foundry that produced Calder's giant steel structures.

Description of Significance/Historical Narrative
Founded c.1941 and run by Carmen Segretario and his son Stephen Segretario, this ironworks fabricated many of Alexander Calder's large stabiles during the 1960s and 1970s, when many Calder pieces in fabrication or awaiting placement could be seen from the road.
